(7) Sound insulation of PC board: the sound insulation effect of PC board is obvious, which is better than that of glass and acrylic board of the same thickness. Under the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board is 3-4db higher than that of glass. It is the material of highway sound barrier.
(8) Energy saving of PC board: keep cool in summer and keep warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (k value) of PC board is lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics, and the heat insulation effect is better. Thus, the heat loss is greatly reduced, which is used in buildings with heating equipment and belongs to environmental protection materials.
(9) Temperature adaptability of PC board: PC board does not have cold embrittlement at - 100 ℃, does not soften at 135 ℃, and has no obvious change in mechanical and mechanical properties in harsh environment.
(10) Weather resistance of PC board: PC board can maintain the stability of various physical indexes in the range of - 40 ℃ to 120 ℃. In the artificial climate aging test for 4000 hours, the yellowness is 2, and the light transmittance is only 0.6%.
