Products Description
PET/PE Clear films are "barrier" films
PET laminated with a layer of PE film 50 µm thick. EVOH laminate also available (in the configurations: PET/PE,PET/EVOH/PE, ).
It is used to produce packaging for easily spoiled food products, for example to extend their shelf life. It is applied successfully in the dairy, meat and fish industries, among others.
PET/PE Active +
The film contains an active additive impenetrable for oxygen, improving the barrier properties and lowering the amount of oxygen in the packaging. This solution provides better barrier for oxygen, CO2 and sunlight than EVOH film gives. In addition, residual oxygen contained in the product or between its layers is difficult to remove even in the MAP packing process, but it is actively captured. The unique technology allows very precise control of active and passive properties of the film/packaging towards specific gases, and selection of these for a particular product or storage time.

Enter ERP systerm
Production department will make the formula according to sample quality or trail order quality ,once get approved ,will not be allowed to change the formula in the systerm
QC department will review the order quality requirements together with production department before start the order
Our finance department to calculate the profits for each order
Production department will arrange delivery time according to workshop production plan
Packing Management
Every roll will paste roll label as customer request .
Every pallet will paste pallet label
Packaging term
Core :3" (76mm)or 6"(152mm) ,paper core or plastic core as customer request .The thickness of core 5mm ,8mm,10mm according to roll weight.
Inner PE film or PE bag ,
Outer use kraft paper with bubble band.
If packed on pallet ,normal 1*20ft container load 20,000kgs.
