Supplier Chain System
We first control product quality from the supply chain system. We have established a complete supplier management system and only purchase raw materials from large Chinese chemical companies.
Each new supplier should provide these three charts SBM (supply chain management), supplier basic information chart, supplier quality agreement and supplier coverage report.
Our quality team conducts on-site audits for each new supplier and annual audits for all suppliers in December every year.

IQC sampling is carried out according to TH2005 raw material acceptance standards.

Order Process
ERP systerm Rigorous ordering process
1) Production formulates the formula in the system. Once the formula is determined, the sample or trial order is qualified, the formula is not allowed to be changed; other factories sometimes keep the price unchanged for 1-2 months. When the raw material price changes and the company's production cost remains the same, small factories can only adjust the formula, resulting in unstable batch quality
2) Quality assurance conducts order review, and conducts pre-production meetings for customer quality requirements, quality feedback from the previous batch of goods, and areas that need to be followed up for this order
3) Finance calculates the profit of the order
4) The production department conducts production planning and arranges delivery dates
5)Normal for 20ft container 20tons delivery time within 15 days .
Packing Management System
Every roll will paste roll label as customer request format.
Every pallet will paste pallet label with Pallet Number ,Batch Number ,Size ,Total Roll Number ,Net Weight ,Country of origin.
Core :3" (76mm)or 6"(152mm) ,we have paper core and plastic core as customer request .The thickness of core 5mm ,8mm,10mm according to roll weight.
Inner PE strech film or PE bag ,
Outside use kraft paper with bubble band.
Then packed in carton box or put on pallet fixed with a strap.
After use PE shrink film to fix the cargos.
In final use composit board on the pallet.
Pallet size 1100x1100x150mm .
